Charles Xavier reveals to his fellow Illuminati members that in the original Secret War, he had attempted to mind-scan the Beyonder, revealing him as one of the Inhumans previously ruled over by fellow Illuminati member Black Bolt. Xavier also deduced the apparent secret behind the Beyonder's seemingly godlike abilities, which was that the Beyonder was not only an Inhuman but also a mutant, and the exposure of his mutant genes to Terrigen Mists had created an unprecedented power.

Squirrel Girl hasn't ever defeated a villain for real, she just bribed all of them beforehand to get them to make it look like she so she could become famous.

The real Hank Pym was killed by ants when he first tested the shrinking serum on himself. That one ant who tried to rescue him wears his skin, grows and assumes his legacy from then on.
“If you want to really see a road map of where our movies will be (going) in the next five, 10 or 20 years, read the comics,” says Joe Quesada, Marvel’s chief creative officer. “Because they’re almost always a precursor to what’s on the horizon in our cinematic universe and our television universes.”

Thor's worthiness has to do more with his self-confidence than anything else, hence, the more he believes in himself the more he can do with the hammer. OG fury whispered something that made his self confidence drop to zero, which is why he also dropped the hammer, lost his shirt, and his arm. Jane is more worthy because she believes in herself more than Original Recipe Thor believes in himself.

It totally makes sense if you don't think about it too much.

Wolverine was an Inhuman all along. The release of the Terrigan Mists have sparked the regeneration process in every drop of blood, every flake of skin he has ever shed. Soon the MU will be overrun with an army of Wolverines.
