What about the Glimmer, that guy from the Wonderworld arc of JLA? DC hasn't used that name in a while, and it's the same naming convention as the Flash.

To me wally should be called the flash. If we can have 872 green lanterns we can have 3 flash's. If we can have 12 spider-mans at marvel and two manhunters at dc why not three flash's?
