Ηow Will Alan Moore React Or Retaliate For DC Rebirth?

Rebirth not only brought Watchmen to the DC New 52 Universe but if i got the message correctly, it heavily implied that Dr Manhattan actually created the whole thing (eat that Pandora).
How do you think Alan Moore will react for this?
He did said that Before Watchmen was a pathetic attempt of DC to soil itself...

Probably the same thing he's always said; no new ideas and that DC continue to milk the same characters, concepts and show a general lack of innovation.

I mean, if its a good story i dont really care. But... he aint wrong, exactly. :P
I liked Rebirth#1 as much as the next guy and am glad to see what is hopefully a return to a more optimistic outlook across DCs line. But when the biggest praise that a new intiative recieves is basically "hooray! Things are back like they used to be!" - thats not exactly a sign of innovation or progression.

Yep, I'm with you. This will be GLORIOUS, and potentially bigger than his view on Before Watchmen since this is interacting with the DCU.

i'm surprised someone hasn't already tried to make that an actual thing, as big as the internet is and as many simpsons and Alan Moore fans as there are its amazing their isn't a Watchman Babies fancomic out there somewhere. XD


But yea, my guess is he'll just ignore it, or if he does acknowledge it rant about it once to get it out of his system then go back to his day to day life like nothing ever happened.

Really. He doesn't talk about DC much unless he's asked about it. It's not like he moves a soapbox into the city park to rant about DC every day. It reminds me of when, after 1970, George Harrison would only reluctantly discuss the Beatles when asked. Most of the time, he'd rather talk about anything else (especially his Hindu beliefs), or just as well NOT talk (Quiet Beatle, after all) and prefer to be left to his gardening at his estate.

DC has not really done anything original since Final Crisis when you think about it. Its seems to be a never ending stream of events to patch up their continuity issues instead of telling stories.
