I think there was a thread about this a while back but I can't find it, so let's have another.
Instead of kicking it off with an obvious choice like Lobo, I'm going to say Zatanna.

Tim Drake, never liked him he's just too perfect.
Wild Dog. Max Allen Collins debuted the character when I was deep in my gun love/Mack Bolan phase; yet the character left me cold, even more than the Punisher (who I never felt worked, as a hero). He was devoid of personality and that jersey didn't help. Sad thing is, that should have been right up Collins' alley. Chuck Dixon or Beau Smith might have pulled it off.
Aquaman - Totally can't relate. I also hate the water.
Deadman - Nothing interesting there to me. Lacks a reason for being once he found his own killer.
Shazam - He's a giant muscular kid who's supposed to have the wisdom of Solomon but still seems to always act like a kid. Always seems like a second-rate Superman.
Plastic Man - Too goofy.
Swamp Thing - ew, gross.
GL John Stewart. I don't hate him, I just find him utterly uninteresting.
Batman. All my interest in him comes from his family and friends. On his own he's just a steaming pile of endless angst.
Bluebird (Harper). I'm not even sure why I don't like her, I just don't.
I've never been able to get into the Legion of Superheroes.
Age of Marvels and DC Next Dawn - Monthly Fan Made Solicitation Competitions on these very forums, make your pulls now! Want back story? Check the Wiki!
Green Lanterns as a group. I just don't like the concept or powers, no clue why. But lately I've enjoyed Rayner in Omega Men and Cruz in JL so I can like them as characters. Gonna give Green Lanterns a shot.
Cass Cain, I have 0 interest in her.
Constantine, he just makes every scene he's in worse for me. I don't hate him in solo stuff (comics and the tv version), but whenever he interacts with other characters he annoys me. Maybe cause he always seems to take the spotlight from the other dark characters I like more?
Shazam, the kid becoming a giant superhero thing is just weird.
Harley Quinn, she's not targeted at me and that's that.
Superman (and every super person/supporting cast member not named Kara) he is just boring for me, as is his world. Respect for him as an icon but I don't want to read it.
Current Pull: Lazarus, The Realm, Seven to Eternity, Aquaman, Flash, Justice League Dark, Justice League Odyssey, Sideways, Black Panther, Captain America, Daredevil, Death of the Inhumans.
Future Pull: Killmonger.
