Let's not be obtuse here, that's not the context they used for the word co-exist.

Also how is a live action show scaps tho...

Let's use our brains here, big budget do get thrown at TV shows, technology improvement is non-stop which is why CGI and special effects for shows can be great.

Glad this is happening. Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I just don't care for Peter Parker anymore. His story has become so flat, both in the movies and in the comics. He just doesn't capture the same essence of Spider-Man that he used to. Miles, Silk, and Spider-Gwen have done a much better job in my opinion. And I hope this is the first step towards making a new generation of Spider-Men/Women beyond Peter Parker.

Tobey Spider-Man from the 90s Spider-Man films that's in this movie? So does this make it spider-man 4?

I thought the first trailer was visually impressive, but it didn't do much for me.

This second trailer, though, has increased my chances of going by a whopping 70%. I can't wait now.

(I'm still holding out hope for Supaidaman and Spider-Man: India)

I feel nothing for a SM movie with the fraud. No PP? No sale.

Peter Parker is in the movie. All the trailers have him featured quite prominently.

...Erm, Peter's in it, hell even Mary Jane is it (first time in eleven years she's been in a movie)

The comics reset him to factory settings in OMD, so there's no stakes anymore and he'll always be a youthful loser. Stan Lee keeps him married to MJ in the newspaper strip and their relationship is pretty healthy, but they're never allowed to become parents there. Renew Your Vows gave Peter and MJ another child. MJ conquered the Venom symbiote, and fights crime alongside her husband...and before RYV you had Spider-Girl where Peter retired, mentored the future in Mayday, and had a son. Basically Peter's whole life has been covered at this point. There's nothing new to tell. Peter's story is essentially done. He even says so in the trailer for this movie.

Um. The action doesn't really begin until Peter himself enters the universe. Heck, he's the primary mentor figure, the way Iron Man is to Peter in the MCU.

Did you even watch the trailer before commenting? It's impossible to miss Peter. Aside from Miles, the central protagonist, he's the most prominent character in the trailer.

Fraud? Oh Please.. look I've got no problem with people disliking legacy characters but it is inaccurate to call them "frauds."

I preferred the first trailer over all the later released information.

Also its a shame they couldn't get Tobey to voice Peter Parker in this.
