Unknown Superman Story

Hello, I'm searching for a name for an old story I've read featuring Superman during my childhood.
It was about a boy who looked up to Superman, but the boy had a older brother who was a delinquent.
In the end, Superman sends the brother to jail. The boy gets mad at Superman, and Superman hugs the boy while the kid cries.
I think the art was drawn realistically with a serious mood.
If anyone can name this story's title, I would be very thankful.
