Good order for someone wanting to read Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and Justice League over the past 2 years leading up to Rebirth.
Can I just read the entire run of Justice League first then dive into the others without having spoilers?

Probably the only 'essential' book (and even then, not really) is Superman: Lois and Clark, and maybe the Super League crossover.
But other good Bats/Supes/WW books from the last 2 years are (and the reading order doesn't really matter):
-Scott Snyder's Batman
-Buccellato/Manapul's Detective Comics
-Justice League
