Here's something I can't seem to find an answer to... In the comics, does Lucius Fox know Bruce is Batman?

When/How did he learn that? The way I recall, prior to Nolan's movies... Lucius was just a financial genius who kept Wayne's foundation profitable. He didn't invent... he didn't go to the cave... he didn't design cowls.

In the Nolan movies he knows... in the Arkham Games he knows... but what about the comics? Did that just get retconned in or was there ever an actual reveal?

No, he doesnt know. He thinks bruce just finances batman, and doesnt care to know more than that.
