    Exclusive: October's Top 100 Best-Selling Comics: https://previewsworld.com/Article/220898

Supergirl is back in the Top 100, Supersons is out the Top 100, Action Comics seems stable and Bendis' Superman #4 sold less than Catwoman.

I'm really surprised Supergirl is so high. I mean it was out the top 100 in September, but it is ranking 37 now

I'm not surprised as the last couple of issues have not been very good, IMO.

Orlando’s run was not very good, but the current run is doing a good job of combining her New 52 and Rebirth personalities.

I am not surprised. The book doesn't have any impact on the main books. It doesn't have much buzz. Nobody is talking about it. One of the draws for the earlier books was the interaction with character like Alfred and other family members of both Jon and damian, which is lacking now.The wholesome adventures of the family is gone. People think Jon is going to be aged up.So what is point of buying this book?.yes, the book itself is ok.But,It seems to be non-important book, which takes place in it's own world.

Yeah, not to mention DC are promoting his return as an "unpleasant family reunion"

I think this book was there, just for appeasement. It doesn't have strong direction. The book is called supersons, but both fathers and mothers are missing. In the previous book, family dynamics was great.it was starting to deal with damian's past and talia and How it affected Jon. Not to mention Jon's wonky powers. Also Jon and damian interaction with larger DC universe was great. People liked how Jon interacted with teen titan, justice league.. etc. And wanted to see him interact with characters like nightwing, conner(when he returns),red hood.. etc. Now all that is gone.Heck as a future direction for Jon, he could have been the new flame bird. As it stands now, superfamily feels very boring and monotonous. When I used to read super-family books it used to feel like the DC's fantastic 4.Now original f4 is back and superfamily is gone.

And its a mini series as well which tend to sell less than regular books anyway. Still amazing how DC killed Super Sons for Bendis's Superman which is already selling less than Catwoman.

They could have atleast done something to make it feel it will have some impact on the main book. It could have tied into man of Steel mini And Jon's decision to leave. Why Jon made the decision should have been kept a secret . Then supersons could have showed Jon's developement during the missing period between tomasi's run and bendis, how he decided to leave. The book would have atleast felt more relevant.

Although Superman place on the ranking is slightly higher than the last month, I'm worried about Superman sales. These are the sales of September:

    Superman #3 - 67,405

    Catwoman #3 - 55,068

So, unless Catwoman #4 has had a big sales increase (which is possible), this isn't going to be a nice fall for Superman #4.
