I assume it's because of her wacky random personality that we generally see? I noticed that the bubbly/outgoing, sometimes ditzy, typically bold and certifiably insane and random, even rude or jokey characters tend to be some of the more fan favourites. Take Bitch Pudding from Robot Chicken for example. Or Izzy from Total Drama series.
