Default Another Jurgens Interview with Comicbook.com

    http://comicbook.com/2016/06/06/dan-...action-comics/

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand.... There's not really much here. He does say that the Clark Kent isn't an impostor, though. So that's something.

Actually, I think there are a couple more interesting things mentioned... Supposedly Cat Grant is back in this issue and this Doomsday is implied to be pre-flashpoint.

Aw man, I praised this site last time and they're back to dumb questions. Why would you ask about things that obviously depend on the story unfolding? Like literally asking what happens after Doomsday.

And I kinda suspect mentioning cat grant is a mistake from not having the preview dialogue with Maggie.

I guess it does not matter, the cover of Action Comics 959 is not good for that character and he will no longer be mentioned after this...

Yeah, I think he meant Maggie cause Cat wasn't in the preview. She should also be in National City. The Doomsday one is interesting, I suppose. Could this support some kind of merger between the two Supermen's world? Maybe old Doomsday and this Clark Kent are connected somehow.

I meant that Clark Kent seems dead in AC 959 cover... Like a joke of 3 chapters to remove truth..

See this character maybe will be fall again into a of trick of DC.

He is not an impostor... The Kent have a TRUE son and then oz manipulated him to create superman? now what? This raised him?

The bulk of these interviews have become "can you tell us everything that happens in the story?". "No".

I never said nothing about the collar.. to remove the collar, no need to remove the previous superman.

Whoa so it's Pre-Flashpoint Doomsday? Looks like the universe is "correcting" itself bit by bit?

    Oh wow, I'm so dumb!

Am I really the last to realize that they're recreating and updated the post-crisis Superman and Lex stalemate? This time however, he's not simply a Byrne-style CEO. He's the dictator of Apokolips, a superhero, and has helped save the world. Add in the idea that he feels this Superman is an impostor to the name of mantle of Superman and you've got a new but familiar dynamic. Lois and Clark think he's dirty but can't prove it. They may one day even doubt themselves on this idea. Plus now Lex is trying to dig up dirt regarding Superman.

    Holy crap.....that's pretty interesting actually.
