I've been watching alot of arrow and watching felicity smoak do her thing and wondering who the best hacker is in the DCU. My first thought is oracle, maybe the calculator? What do you guys think

Cyborg, no not that one, the one who hacked in to the Source Wall, the one with S on his chest, and if we're just using humans then Oracle. Hank Henshaw is DC universe's premium hacker and technopath, all the others are not on par with him even if they all merged together.
