Guy can read/think at light-speed with an inhuman IQ, how can a human hacker compete with that?

For starters how fast he can read or think isn't consistent.

I'm curious. Why is Terry top of your list. Is this something he did in Earth 2.
I seem to recall he was really good at everything (literally everything a la Doc Savage) back in his JSA days but not necessarily the best of all.

One of my favorite lines in this season of the Flash was when Cisco after performing an impressive hack, said: "Who's the best hacker in the world?"

The entire Team Flash responds: "Felicty Smoak!"

That "thing" is such a blatant Mary Sue in the Arrowuniverse that is not even funny.

Worst of all is that the writers are not even aware of that.

Cyborg, no not that one, the one who hacked in to the Source Wall, the one with S on his chest, and if we're just using humans then Oracle. Hank Henshaw is DC universe's premium hacker and technopath, all the others are not on par with him even if they all merged together.
