Sticking with unenhanced humans for the moment, historically you have to give it to Oracle.

Calculator was fairly high up on the list for a while.

But seriously, has everyone forgotten Jack Marshall?

For starters how fast he can read or think isn't consistent.

    I would think....

    Terry Sloane
    Oracle - Barbara Gordon
    Cyborg
    Mr. Terrific
    Calculator
    Batman
    Robin - Tim Drake
    Robin - Damien Wayne

I'm curious. Why is Terry top of your list. Is this something he did in Earth 2.
I seem to recall he was really good at everything (literally everything a la Doc Savage) back in his JSA days but not necessarily the best of all.

I think oracle is better than batman. Surprised so many people would say otherwise

Experience teaches me that Batman usually turns out to be best at everything

That "thing" is such a blatant Mary Sue in the Arrowuniverse that is not even funny.

Worst of all is that the writers are not even aware of that.

Streaky the Super-Cat. He could chuck hairballs across the solar system.

    The Hacker Files

Strange little series taking place in the digital backwaters of the DCU, and featuring early appearances of Oracle.
