Which is why he's hunting the head of the fastest growing terrorist network in the world, Joker Corp. The Joker saw Bats go international and so decided, naturally, to raise his own game. Batman though has unusual weapons in hand and a strange smirk on his face. A pen and a draft of the Registration, he wants the Joker to be in charge of a particular division? At the request of Lois Lane, Batman travels to Metropolis to assist in her investigation. A month ago, Superman was arrested for the murder of Clark Kent, and has been off-world ever since. While the world believes Superman to be a murderer, Lois and Batman know the truth. But how to prove it? Lois' investigation has led her to Cadmus, and it's up to Batman now to infiltrate and find some answers!
Meanwhile, in Gotham City, the Bundy copycat killer has been quiet. Weeks have passed since a body has been found, but Jim Gordon knows it's only a matter of time until the killer rises again. While pouring over the case files, a call comes in: a hostage situation has arisen in Gotham Square. He breathes a sigh of relief when dispatch says Batman is on the scene!
