I'm assuming that since no versions were specified, this is the comics version of Splinter & the Turtles versus nu52 Batman.

In which case I'm actually not entirely sure. If one thing here gives the Turtles a fighting chance, it's the inclusion of Splinter - even this martial-arts Batgod would, I think, have trouble against all five together. He could handle the students, surely, or even the master one-on-one, but as a group like that, it's the best shot they have.

I'm pretty sure Bats has taken down more fearsome opponents, though.

The first generation, comic book TMNT needed to take cover against gunfire rather than aim-dodge through it, and did the same with arrows.

I'm not too sanguine on their chances for dealing with a well-equipped comic book peak human like Bruce. ESPECIALLY in his own neighbourhood.

I'm still working with original canon. That Splinter - who is, admittedly, really skilled - is old and rather weak, such that a group of Mousers manage to hurt him badly.

Probably depends on whether or not he gets access to his armor. If it can stand up to Superman for more than 5 seconds, I don't think the turtles have a shot in hell at doing more than scratching it.

The turtles were throwing around shipping containers,, and bats armour was only good enough to hold back a not really trying Superman, who was kryptonite poisoned most of the fight, and still broke. the TMNT could take him easy, they could even throw a sword down his mask

that's what we called the turtles when they underwent training by the ninja tribunal in preparation to battle the one, true shredder. they have enhanced strength, speed, ki-blasts, and transformation power.
