LEGO Dimensions 2 Content Announced!

I like that there will be four-player arena modes. I just wish the story mode was four-players instead of only two.

It does sound like its Traveller's Tales take on the Marvel Battlegrounds Playkit which was part of the now defunct Disney Infinity. And they said there's four different modes of play in Battle Arena, so interested to see what those are. No online though, which seems to be a continual issue the LEGO games have with multiplayer for some reason. I am curious given they are still utilising the older franchises in Year 2 if we could get some new figures for them which would include an unlockable Battle Arena ability. A Madame Vastra and Strax set for Doctor Who for example is still one of my dream Team Packs.

My cousins kids are really into this, but I personally despite being a huge Lego fan just don't have the money to spare on this game lol.

Going by descriptions of the MI Level Pack the level will be an adaption of the original 1996 movie with Ethan sneaking through the American Embassy and using an array of gadgets to prove his innocence, and you can possibly change him into a tux as well plus he gets the IMS Car and Motor Bike too! Definitely excited to try that one now! If only we can get a Metal Gear Solid LEGO with Konami, because that would be my dream video game addition fo LEGO Dimensions, alongside possibly Mass Effect with Commander Shepard or Tomb Raider with Lara Croft.
