I've read Morrison and Millar's Flash run featuring the Black Flash. I find this concept/character very intriguing. Can anyone sum up all the other appearances of the Black Flash and any developments on this character in follow-up stories? Did he appear in Flashpoint as well? Thanks.

I could be wrong, and this page could be wrong, but I think he has only been spotted a few times since. When Bart was killed and when Barry returned are about it really. This article says about Final Crisis but I'm not sure whether he appeared or was just mentioned.
