I haven't seen it mentioned at all. my guess is they ditched the 50/50 hero/villain roster and instead went with a 50/50 returning/new roster. I like the latter idea much better

I like it better too. Most of the dull fighters in the last game were villains. Atrocitus looks pretty good though, he even has Dex-Starr with him!

I doubt anyone at NetherRealm even gave Steppenwolf an afterthought when talking about characters for the roster.

I'd say it's Harley Quinn. I'd place my bets on Harley Quinn and Starfire getting revealed this week. That would continue the pattern of one returning and one new character getting revealed together. Plus Starfire just won a similar poll to the one Blue Beetle won and he got confirmed shortly after. I expect the same to happen with Starfire.

I like Deadshot's design. Though this probably means that Deathstroke won't be included in this game since they seem pretty similar. Floyd's finished looks to be the same one he has in the mobile version of Injustice. Just happy they didn't try to make him look and act like Will Smith.

I'm kinda surprised about Deadshot, not so much about Harley since she was a big part of the first game, the series, and that teaser was screaming Harley.
