How did Ozymandias manage to pick up The Comedian in an overhead press. Ozymandias is fast fast due to his intellect and seeing things before they happened but he was never that strong.

Considering he's portrayed as that strong in the first story he appeared in, I'd say yes, he is that strong.
He surprised an old man past his prime and, in an adrenaline rush, threw him out the window. It's all there in Watchmen.

Ozymandias is peak human potential. I doubt he'll ever be throwing cars a round, but borderline superhuman is possible. And we see weightlifters heft and press weights greater than that of a human body all the time.
