The Death/Return of Superman (can't remember the exact name) game was good. A side-scrolling beat-em-up that allowed you to play through the fight against Doomsday, each of the replacement Supermen, then the battle with Cyborg.
As to a 3D game? Many have tried, many have failed. I would definitely buy a good looking Superman game, but that's not saying much as I would probably buy any Superman game eventually. I even got the atrocious Superman Returns (brand new, £5. Game stores couldn't sell it.).

Dan Watters' Azrael was incredible, a constant delight and perhaps too good for this world (but not the Forth). For the love of St. Dumas, DC, give us more!!!
