Bring the X-Men back to glory.
I don't usually give in to conspiracy theories but with the quality of X-Men stories and the cancellation of F4 , I think there's at least some truth to the idea that Marvel is decaying the titles they don't own.

Stop the overabundance of legacy heroes. How many spider-characters, wolverines and Caps do we need? It waters downs the heroes and takes money out of the creators pockets. Apparent when writers create heroes like SpiderGwenn, Marvel pays them a lot less if they appear in other media. Let the character age and develop. Give creators more ownership of the heroes they create. Then we will see better creations from them and it will be better for the readers.
Bring the Fantastic Four book back and hire a great creative team for it.
“Now faith, hope, and love remain, and the greatest of these is love.”--1 Corinthians 13:13
“You had a dream; I have a plan”--Cyclops
“There's no point in being grown up if you can't be childish sometimes.”--The Doctor
Stop with the constant renumbering and #1s every year or so.
Stop pushing MCU things in the comics. New readers who come because they're fans of the MCU are clever enough to know it's not supposed to be the same. They won't get that confused by the differences. Comics fans aren't confused by the differences in the MCU so the other way around should be true also.
Bring back FF with a good writer. Promote it.
Don't ignore the X-fans. I'm not one of them, but if I were, I'd be pretty displeased by Marvel.
Enough of the anti-hero/semi-villain thing. Yeah, that's a personal one, but I don't like the concept as a whole. Also, stop turning heroes against each other.
Respect continuity i.e. respect what previous writers have established for well-established characters. Don't change the characters to suit the story, but tell a story about the characters.
Enough with the legacy heroes bit. At least, don't replace established characters all at once. It looks suspicious.
More titles with a 2,99$ price. Promote them as much even if they're cheaper.
EDIT: I just realized the OP asked for one thing... oops, my bad

- An Avenger book with the most classic and recognizable heroes (original Thor, original Captain America, Iron Man...)
- Make the apparition of the legacy heroes more organic. It's too fast actually, you can see the hand of the editorial behind every change, and it's not like that you make lasting changes. And because of that you make people suspicious about the few great legacy heroes created, like Ms Marvel, Miles Morales or the new Nova.
- Less heroes vs heroes fighting. It's begin to get formulaic.
- I'm not a continuity guy, but actually the heroes action seem to make no sense. Maybe it's time to retcon large parts of the past to simplify it. Because a lot of heroes seem no consistent at all in their actions.
- Hire better writers like King, Hickman etc. the actual writers are good but not as good than during Marvel Now.
I wouldn't change much about Marvel's current direction, at least on the Avengers side of things. I especially love all the legacy heroes. Legacy heroes create a sense of positivity and community, like the heroes are actually making a real lasting difference. Plus it contributes to the 'illusion of change' that drives comic books. This is where DC used to excel, but now DC is a mess and Marvel is picking up the slack. I love it.
What I would do is do some kind of hard reset on the X-books. Send the original 5 back to their own time, and somehow this creates a 'time ripple' that restores friendships and heals schisms and whatnot, with the end result being that the X-Men are once again a heroic superhero team operating out of Xavier's school.
I don't really buy into the whole anti-Fox conspiracy, but even I have to admit, Marvel isn't doing right by the FF and they aren't doing the best the could with the X-books. I would love to see editorial stop taking such a heavy hand and just let the writers write their damn story. That said:
I agree with this 100%. The editor's job is to make sure that there are no errors in the book, be they spelling, artistic, or continuity. Marvel editorial needs to stop with 'grand overall directions' of the MU and just let the writers tell their stories. If a story starts to get bigger than one book, then they can look at expanding it into a cross-over, or even an event. But stop the jumping from one event to the next mentality and having each book just serve that event. The writers need to have some time to actually allow their stories to develop and grow naturally without editorial telling them they can't because Norman Osborn is in control of everything now, or all the heroes have to fight each other for contrived reasons. Sure, there are some good stories that can come out of those concepts, but I'd rather see them built and expanded upon naturally, by one writer telling a specific story, instead of handed down from on high.
I think they already have some great writers (though they are losing at least two of them to DC in the next few months), but they need to utilize the good ones better. In fact, I wish we could go back to the days when the creative teams weren't so promoted by Marvel/DC. If they want recognition for their work they should do creator owned stuff, I'd rather go back to the days when the characters were the real draw for the Big Two. I know many will disagree with this sentiment, but I personally enjoyed comics more before the era of superstar creators.
Yes. They should be doing everything in their power to lower costs. Lower cost will mean more books sold. I am sure many die-hards (like myself) would buy more books if they could afford them. I know it might mean a lower profit per book, but I don't care at all about the company's bottom line, I care about fans getting a better deal. And if Marvel actually thought that way, their bottom line might go up too.
Yes... I could not agree with this more. It's not as bad as it was in the past, but I still would love to see a new creative team start with what the last creative team set up and then gradually, naturally mold it into what they want... not just jump to what they want and let us readers have to just deal with it. They are called the 'creative team' they are supposed to be able to tell a story, so tell one with what is at hand, don't just change what is at hand to what you want.
More legacy characters please. Even legacy characters for characters who already have a legacy character.
Villains.
I'd make the Villains great again. You would hate them, or fear them, or loathe them.
However... you'd never ignore them, or forget them.
The only way this hero vs hero/anti hero thing ends properly is by making whole-hearted villains.
Thing of the worst things that could happen to your favorite hero... if marvel stopped making villains stupid...
I'd have the villains do those things. And then? More of those things.
Until it became apparent that some of these bad people aren't just Rogues... but monsters.
My priority is enjoying and supporting stories of timeless heroism and conflict.
Everything else is irrelevant.
Atleast one fan service title loosen up a little.
I'd change Marvel Animation to be the best it can be, maybe even something that can seriously rival DC Animation.

All ongoings get 12 issues, guaranteed. You can swap out the creative team, but that book still gets 12 issues. If you can't commit to 12 issues, don't make it an ongoing. Make it a mini from the start so writers can approach the book accordingly.
