Default So let's talk about All-Star Batman...

I read the Director's Cut issue #1, and I was reading Snyder's panel comments/outline/suggestions to JRJr, and there were a bunch of times I feel that Snyder's suggestions or imagery was totally ignored by JRjr. So now when I went back AGAIN to read ASB I've been noticing panels that clearly haven't been drawn to Snyder's expectations. Watching interviews with them both, they pay alot of homage to one another but they're (quite literally) not on the same page. Not like Snyder and Cap. were. Anyone else come across this or realize this? It makes me wonder why I'm paying more for this book than the rest...

This is super interesting to me. Idk if Snyder is just the nicest guy on earth (perhaps lol) but in interviews he seems to always big up JrJr, and they are working on something in the future. So maybe Snyder (who obviously) is copious with his instructions appreciated a veteran artist like him giving him something different.

I kinda wanna check this director's cut thing out now
