I think the tricks Lecter used were a bit more feasible and required less P.I.S. though I haven't seen "Silence" for a long while.

If this is just "Hannibal Lecter", then he should take it handily. Silence and Hannibal showed that he was extremely manipulative and calculating, the TV series showed the same; and as you mentioned, he managed all of it without the 55 Gallon Drum of "PIS". Originally Posted by Powerboy
