    I'm on the fence about Daredevil #0.1. I'd like to get it because Mark Waid is one of my favorite writers of all-time, I love his current work on Daredevil, and the art looks great in the preview. I might not get it because it is $4.99 and I notice the cover is missing the "Bonus Digital Edition" logo. Does anyone know whether this issue comes with a digital download code? If not, $4.99 is pretty steep. Digital codes are the only way I justify paying $3.99 on a comic book any longer.
