Super cool to see Reedus team back up with Kojima after the Konami mess, maybe Guillermo Del Toro will show back up again too and FINALLY get a game off the ground(between inSANE and Silent Hills he just got some really bad luck). Anyway, the kind of empty/dead world around Norman's character and the weird floating figures gave me a kind of "End of Evangelion" vibe.

If I had any confidence that any of the things in this trailer would make sense by the time the credits rolled on the finished product I would be more intrigued.

I don't even think anything about this trailer will be in the game. It mostly just seemed to be a metaphorical announcement trailer with Norman Reedus and Norman Fetus about how Konami cancelled Kojima's last game, and now he's back doing another one. Maybe Reedus and whatever was in the sky will be there.

Kojima admitted his team hasn't even made an engine for the game yet. I doubt anything from the trailer will make into the final game.

I doubt there will be any as Kojima has Sony backing him. The only development problems I can see is if Kojima perfectionism causes problems.
