Super Sons was supposed to be out in September also.

I suspect that either the creative team for it and JLA were either not decided yet, or the ones in place were just sort of tentative at the time of the Rebirth announcement and didn't pan out. Either way, neither book should've been announced until something was concrete.

I wonder if DC will re-look at the JL numbering at some point? Looking at core titles, the numbers should be in the 630 range.

If you combine some of the side-running series like JLE, JLTF, JLU, etc. you can get into the 800s. Deep in to the 600s would seem to be an angle to boast about and promote.

I would love a JLA book based largely on the satellite era lineup. Having the Big 7 has been done and redone...
