They should leave the trunks in the past it's outdated and also Superman's trunks area isn't covered on the Justice League cover.

Even without those two books there are six #1s coming out in September plus the new Doom Patrol book. That's a lot. I think spreading things out is smart.

What sides? Placate who? Superman has been trunckless for 5 years now. Get over it already!
I'm convinced that most people, who hate on a comic, never read said comic.

    You don't know Superman fans.

There is a cult who venerate the trunks as a literal saint. They say images of the trunks can cure blindness and feed the hungry.

    Very smart.
A lot of books will see people try them out that would've passed on them if they were all released in the same month.
And if readers tried something and didn't care for it, the books they passed on would already be three months old and they wouldn't bother checking them out.

I'm kinda disappointed with All-Star Batman's price tag. I know it's a bigger book and a monthly, but still. Pretty neat seeing DC putting out a Doctor Strange tie-in just before the movie comes out. I mean, what else could bringing in Hugo's Monster Men mean?

    Anyway, my list:

    Definitely:
    Doom Patrol #1
    Blue Beetle #1
    Hellblazer #2
    Lucifer #10

    Maybe:
    Batman Beyond Rebirth #1
    All-Star Batman #2

Normally, I'd pick up the Swamp Thing trade, but I was really disappointed in this miniseries.

Artists constantly changing is completely taking me out of Rebirth. I am not going to follow series which are going to have different artists all the time.

Green Arrow, by Issue SIX, is getting a THIRD artist.

Yes, I am aware that a lot of the reason is because it is coming out twice a month. And no, that is not an excuse. Don't do it twice a month if you can't have the same artist on.

Also LOL at Vertigo issues costing $4. Yeah, totally buying experimental series and stories for that much.
