Rebirth's affect on the rest of the multiverse

Let's assume that Dr. Manhattan created the DCU. Does that mean he also created the rest of the multiverse? And if so, what does that mean for them? Earth One seems largely isolated from the rest of the multiverse but that doesn't mean they won't go in and tamper with it. Or just stop making books for it altogether. Which, really, is all they'd have to do. Earth Two is a mess and I imagine it's not long for this world. Most of the rest aren't really being used. But does this change anything?

We don't know yet that he did create it.
He could have.
Or he could have just modified it.
Or he could have simply created a pocket universe, pulling characters from the multiverse.

I don't think we'll know the answer to that until 2018 and quite possibly Action Comics #1000.

Earth 0 tends to be the lynchpin for all the other Earths, so if someone meddles with Earth 0, the rest tend to get affected as well. So it's really all one thing.

Manhatten didn't create the DCU he just altered it. How and to what extent of the current DCU is his doing vs Barry/Pandora/ The Gentry/etc is yet to be seen, but we will most likely see the full extent of the time stolen and "multiversial mayham" as mentioned in the Rebirth preview in the coming years.
