Like the "A" in the Avengers movie remaining in just the right place. And being more graphic than the other letters.
With Superboy, this was a fortnightly occurrence...

How ironic (choke)
Rules:
.Post one (and only one) cover that fits the theme of this week's contest.
.Cover must be from a published comic book or collected volume.
.Covers must be posted before voting begins.
.Voting begins 12 AM Tuesday and runs until 12 AM Wednesday PST.
.Vote by posting the name in bold of the poster whose cover best fits the theme or that you simply like the most.
.The winner of the contest is the entrant with the most votes after the voting period.
.It's okay to discuss the covers but if you think someone's entry doesn't fit the theme or violates the rules, you don't need to argue it in the thread, simply don't vote for it.
.Most importantly please remember that we're here to have fun. Enjoy!

That got put in years and years ago, because we were having problems with constant arguing about whether or not something fit the topic. Frankly, everyone had an opinion and it was pointless and far too aggressive for such a simple, fun contest.
'Dox out.

EDIT:
Damn it, this is the second time I come in with voting post a day too early.

TRUTH, JUSTICE, HOPE
That is, the heritage of the Kryptonian Warrior: Kal-El, son of Jor-El
You like Gameboy and NDS? - My channel
Looks like I'll have to move past gameplay footage
Maybe not hitting the road, but I like this image of Luke and Leia figuratively leaving their past behind as the Rebel Alliance celebrates their final victory over the Empire.
Hope is not lost today. It is found.
SuperCooper gets my vote this week for some Old Skool Marvel Awesomeness
We're all the Doom Patrol!!!
Opinions come in all shapes and sizes.
But they're still just opinions yo
In keeping with my interpretation of the theme, I have to vote for a cover that shows characters being banished/driven out rather than quitting/walking away. With that in mind, my vote goes to Chicken Pocket.

Zetsubou with a cover from the great Ramona Fradon
“That’s right, I’m Doughy Man! Butter is my ally, steak does my bidding! Sour cream bows down before me in total abject terror!”
My vote is for SuperCooper! Can't go wrong with a Neal Adams cover!
Avatar: Here's to the late, great Steve Dillon. Best. Punisher. Artist. EVER!
Lots of faves here. Supercooper's classic Avengers cover, Stony's Black Panther cover, MRP and the R Crumb cover
I'm going to select Abe this week
