Doesnt have to shutdown momentum if they still go digital. With hardly no new tv movies or sports comics would have less to compete with if people are stuck indoors

Thats likely not an option as that could cripple comic book stores to the point that they cant recover and unfortunately the comic market is still heavily reliant on them

THIS is exactly what I was thinking about. While the men can be ginormous and thicc, slim and short, nearly all the women are the same height and have the same proportions. Why CAN'T Rogue have killer thighs and Illyana be 5'0"? Let's have a flat-chested Sage and an overweight Magma.

Yeah Arclight was HOT, but originally depicted as something like 6'3" and 250 pounds.

They DID make Laura canonically 5'1" in ANW. People just complained (even though IMO it made sense, both genetically and due to her background of abuse). And to be fair, most of the time she IS drawn to be more on the modest to average side up top.

The weight issue is a bit more complex when you consider the active lifestyles most superheroes lead. Unless their weight is actually a part of their power set (IE Big Bertha or Blob) most superheroes would be far too physically active to be overweight.

Here's two opinions that seem unpopular here.

It's possible to like the X-men AND other Marvel books like the Avengers, Fantastic Four, and Spider-man.

Also

You can believe the X-men are treated unfairly and serve as the underdogs WITHOUT wanting them to show up the rest of humanity or get their revenge.

The weird bit with jubilee is that they've on occasion shown that most of what she does is just a small sample of what she can do. In Gen-X she once blew up a building and they basically said that she's too scared of collateral damage to actually wield her powers to their full extent most of the time. Which kinda makes sense because she apparently can't fully control what gets destroyed when she creates an explosion like that.

The following X-Men should've lost their mutant powers in M-Day. Most have other skills, powers, professions or interests that the opportunity provided. Most could've STILL been viable X-Men or staff with no powers.
