Jean, and Quintin (maybe emma and or cokoos) should have Phoenix shards...but Rachel should have the full Phoenix power and be a low tier cosmic player up there with surfer warlock and captian marvel...
Rachel should have the code name Phoenix and also have chronokinisis that allows her speed and precog feats...In the real world i would be BOTH pro registration and Pro mutant rights. Xavier and Trask were both right.

wars is a crossover, does not count, BOTA is also just a crossover but it has two one-shots so it counts, trial of jean is a crossover so it doesn't count, vortex is cosmic Originally Posted by Havok83

Yes they all count. You are looking at this all with a very narrow and dated lens. X-men events come in many different forms. Was Second Coming not a crossover? Makes no sense to discredit these crossovers as well. One shots validates them?
