So is anyone else not really feeling Friday's current robot body? Even if it had to follow a plot point of having her put into a body due to Jocasta standing for the rights of AI life, she had an established appearance and her appearance as a robot just feels off after seeing her visual form for so long.

You would think Friday and Jocasta would have something to say about the Tony AI too, wouldn't you? Instead, it's not been mentioned. Ironheart #1 had Riri use a personality-less AI which then evolved into an AI version of her dead best friend Natalie. The fate of the Tony AI she was previously using wasn't explained, but I think it's obvious what happened - it was deleted when Riri's 2.0 armor was destroyed. Friday and Jocasta should've reacted to that.

Very good points. I was unaware of Thanos destroying her armor, but something should have been said about Tony’s AI

The armor was destroyed in Infinity Countdown: Champions #2. Her new armor, Ironheart 3.0, debuted in Champions #22 and was built by Riri and Viv Vision.
