After seeing him in Abe Sapien recently, I'm super curious about where our favourite vampire is. Do you all think he'll be playing a role in the B.P.R.D third cycle? Will we see more of the vampires? I'm anxious to see where he goes next.

I believe—thought I'm far from sure—that as soon as Fábio Moon and Gabriel Bá finish Casanova Acedia, their next project is the sequel to B.P.R.D.: Vampire.

As much as I'd love a sequel to Vampire, more Umbrella Academy has me grinning ear to ear.

I really do hope they do more soon. I'm coincidently in the middle of rereading Vampire now (after 1946/Pancakes/1947/Midnight Circus/1948... Good run) and there really are a lot of cool things to follow up with here. I'm curious if the next one will take place in 1950/1951 and deal more with the Broom following up on Simon, or if we'll jump forward and maybe have Hellboy involvement as well

It actually wasn't that recent. I believe it was issue 18, when Abe is talking to Bruttenholm about vampires.

Pretty frustrating for those of us that bought the first edition.
