At first I was skeptical of whether Jaime could stand up to someone who treats like jokes people who treat high-end bullet timers like jokes.

But then I looked up some of his feats. Crazy speed via time dilation, nukes, all sorts of crazy blasters and ice beams and neuron disrupters...yikes.

Time dilation is news to me (unless we are talking about the time he pulled temporal clones via Bleed shenanigans), but Jaime has managed to survive the very determined attempts to kill him of lethally inclined speedforcers long enough to come up with effective defenses.
