Can Thanos successfully stop the Super Genesis Wave? If not, would he be affected, since the Super Genesis Wave can write living beings (and their souls) out of existence altogether, if the user so chooses?

I am under the impression that Thanos has actually ignored or shrugged-off attempts at reality-warping. However, the Super Genesis Wave is something totally different.,
