Was Cosmo the Space-Dog a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy during the DnA run?

In which issue did he join the Guardians or was shown to be a member?

Who took over as head of security of Knowhere in Cosmo's absence?

I would say that Cosmo was more like a secondary member of the Guardians, as he always cared for the security in Knowhere and he never quitted as head of security as he assisted the Guardians (he even acted as a coordinator for the team alongside Mantis and Moondragon).

He never really joined as he never left with them on adventures but he was around to help when they were at Knowhere. He was kind of like Jarvis is to the Avengers only cooler and with powers.

Cosmo was a major supporting character that was more of an unofficial member of the Guardians, he didn't officially become part of a team until Annihilators following Realm of Kings and the Knowhere Corp more recently.
