The cityscape means Dick has a chance of doing the escape-evade thing, which means Ollie has some real problems once line of sight is lost.

Nightwing was already Nightwing by the time of the Young Justice comics right?

Well, if the OP goes "current version" and all. The best you can say is that most things Batman specific that don't involve other superheroes are apparently still continuity for Batman. But even that really makes no sense.

Nightwing is next to useless. I have seen him get shot at least once and even came out looking weaker in a scuffle with Batgirl. I mean no offence, but Barbara Gordon? Seriously?
Post Crisis Dick should take it in a straight fight and probably also with weapons given his better reflexes should allow him to toss his own ranged stuff before Ollie can spam the area with trick arrows
