I thought this was a fantastic issue. I really like that Higgins is taking the time to create a back story that is deep and interesting. So far, only 2 issues in, this is a must read for me.

I found the concept interesting based on interviews from Higgins, but the first two issues have turned me off. I am pondering giving it 1 or 2 more issues before I write it off completely, but I have so many books on my pull list that I am looking at issue 3 as an opportunity to drop this one instead of looking at it with excitement.
