Well, it's official now: anyone claiming that the revolution was up and running already was in the wrong.
Now the question is whether or not #25 will be a real kick-start/ball-rolling issue in that regard...or a fraud like so many issues before it.

There can never be a ''real'' revolution. The main meta message of the franchise has been in a holding pattern for 50 years, and probably will remain so until the very last X-Men comic.
Re-Evolution. The book is about the new mutants.
The re-evolution happens every time Cyclops protects or recruits a post-Hope mutant. Cyclops is cleverer than most cbr posters.
