I'll rewrite the 616 Marvel, removing every trace of Spider-Man completely from the original, and name it Earth-1145

Would that change New York or the entire world, also who would take his place?

Would Loki be an Avenger then and would Asgard be a different place because of that?

What if The Avengers died fighting Korvac? _ The Avengers push Korvac further than they did in our world, so that, in the end, he doesn't have the power to actually bring the team back to life.

    Initial Team:

Beast _ Team Leader. Guilt-ridden for having been awol helping the X-Men during the Avenger’s final battle with Korvac. While the X-Men are also believed dead, Hank McCoy would rather rebuild a team accepted and embraced by the whole world, than one feared and hated, like the X-Men were. The Beast is amazingly agile, superhumanly strong (5T), and a scientific genius.
Moondragon _ Feeling responsible for the death of the Avengers, for she froze during the battle against Korvac, Heather Douglas is fiercely committed to making this second go of the team work, going as far as sometimes overstepping her boundaries. Aside from having amazing mental powers, which, she believes, rises her to the status of goddess, Moonie also is familiarized with advanced technology.
Nomad _ Rick Jones had a hand in the first gathering of the Avengers, and having lost two father figures, and former partners, in the last battle of the original team, is adamant in having a more important role in this new team. Thus, the Beast outfits him with a bullet-proof / fire-proof costume patterned after the Bucky costume he used to wear, and the Falcon and Moon-Dragon do their best to train his body to its uppermost limit. Taking the name of Nomad (a former identity of Captain America), Rick also receives an adamantium shield patterned after Cap’s first shield.
The Falcon _ Having been Captain America’s former partner and occasional ally of the original team, the high-flying Falcon is happy to help forge a new legend. Sam Wilson is a formidable hand to hand fighter and an experienced aerial combatant.
Crystal _ The inhuman elemental decides to join the new team in honor of her dead husband’s, Quicksilver, memory. Crystal Maximoff can control fire, water, earth and air.
Jocasta _ Re-built by McCoy and Foster after being almost completely destroyed in the battle with Korvac, and having no place else to go, Jocasta joins the new team, bringing much needed power to it. The damage done to the Vison was much more extensive, going as far as erasing any trace of his programming/ personality. That was not the case with Jocasta. Having been coated with an outer-layer of super hard omnium-steel, Jo is much more harder to damage now, her strength levels have been almost doubled (30T), and her eye-beams are as potent as ever.
Giant-Man _ Although reluctant to join the team, Bill Foster accepts to help in the search of the Hulk, and causes a battle that almost destroys the new Avengers before they begin. Although he becomes a recurring technical advisor, and reserve member, Giant-Man sees fit to leave the team after its first mission. Able to increase his size and mass, Giant-Man can also become super-strong (12T).
The Hulk _ Founding member of the original team, The Hulk becomes the backbone in terms of power for the second incarnation of the Avengers, as well as the focus of their first mission. Having his fractured psyche merged with the help of the mental powers of Moondragon and the psychological expertise of Doc Samson, a new Hulk, with the raw power and the aggressiveness of the previous incarnations of the Hulk, plus the intelligence of Bruce Banner is born. No one is stronger than Hulk! (100T)

    Former, Reserves and Future Members:

Thor _ Devastated by the death of his comrades, Thor decides to leave Earth forever. But not before leaving enough gold to give the new team a good head start. (100T)
Hellcat _ Patsy Walker decides she is better off remaining with the Defenders.
The Black Knight _ One of the very first missions of the new team is to return to the past to rescue this former Avenger. His presence brings new credibility to the team in the eyes of the press, and once the Beast steps down, Dane Whitman becomes the next leader of the team.
Quasar _ Promoted to Protector of the Universe after Captain Marvel’s precocious death.
Tigra _ An adventurer whose path crosses the Avengers and who is invited to stay on. (5)
Spider-Woman _ An Ally that ends up becoming a member. (10T)
Guardsman _ Jim Rhodes becomes the bodyguard of Bethany Cabe, the new CEO of Stark International, by donning the new blue and silver armor of the Guardsman. The armor is an amalgam of the original Guardsman armor with the Eternity Man’s, plus a Thing exo-skeleton developed by Reed Richards. (70T)
Yellow Jacket _ One of Stark International Chief-Engineers, Scott Lang used the equipment the company confiscated from the deceased Hank Pym, for a personal mission. Coming clean with CEO Bethany Cabe and Jim Rhodes, Lang was allowed to retain the equipment and serve as an extra-official agent of the company as the new Yellow Jacket.
Doc Samson _ Although he declines full membership at first, Doc eventually agrees to become a reserve member of the team, occasionally helping them, specially because he is worried about the Hulk and doesn’t trust Moondragon. (75T)

What If the Heroes hadn’t returned from the Heroes Reborn World? The Avengers are reformed to stop Baron Zemo’s plans and the Thunderbolts. The Victory is costly. Atlas/Goliath and Techno/Fixer perish. Mach-1, Songbird and Meteorite go to jail (no redemption for this bunch). Zemo escapes to fight another day. Still a little bit discredited, the Avengers restructure themselves as a crisis team under the auspices of SHIELD, new owners of Avengers Mansion. Many of the current Avengers go on taking care of their own business, and only reunite at one of the members or at Shield’s bidding. They are:

    The Avengers-
    • Black Widow
    – Natasha Romanov, leader. Feels good to be back working for Shield, but intends to make sure that the organization doesn’t misuse Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.
Black Knight – Back on Earth, wielding the Sword of Light and the Shield of Night, Dane Whitman is once again acting field leader for the Black Widow. He enlists the Avengers help in protecting Avalon from a mysterious menace. Alongside Eros of Titan, the Black Knight is the Avengers resident genius.
Hercules - Back to full power, the Lion of Olympus is the Avengers mainstay in terms of power. He roams the Earth making sure that his Olympian Brothers don’t stir too much trouble.
Starfox – Eros of Titan brings additional muscle and scientific knowledge to the team. The new "not full time" arrangement of the team works very well for Eros, who prefers roaming the Earth and the galaxy looking for adventure and romance.
Captain Marvel – Arguably, Monica Rambeau is the Avengers most powerful member. She is trying to start her own business, but commuting from New Orleans is a blink of an eye away for someone who can travel at the speed of light.
Tigra – A mainstay of the WCA who is more than happy to step up in this hour of need for the team. Greer Nelson usually prefers to hang around the west coast, where she has business, but is there for the team when they need her.
Quicksilver – Pietro Maximoff lost his wife and his sister to the Onslaught tragedy, and is trying to find a place for himself as leader of the Knights of Wundagore, as well a find out how to be a single father, but is a faithful member of the team.

After the Thunderbolts scare, and the Avengers returning to business in a slightly different way, people seem more comfortable with heroes they can have a little bit more control over, and nothing says control better than being able to hire your own team. Heroes for Hire becomes the World’s Most Popular Team. They are:

    H4H –

Iron Fist – Daniel Rand. Team leader and martial arts expert.
Power Man – Luke Cage, second in command and muscle for the team.
White Tiger – The mysterious White Tiger doesn’t remain long with the team, returning to her original animal form after killing Man Wolf. She is replaced by:
Arachne – Jessica Drew dons again a uniform and the costumed identity of Arachne when she adds her super-strength, her agility and her ability to stick to walls to the H4H ranks. Jess is also the H4H master detective.
Ant-Man – Scott Lang is the H4H infiltrator and their technological expert
Thena – The Eternal finds a home with H4H and is their resident powerhouse.
The original Human Torch – Jim Hammond has regained much of his power, and, although he prefers working behind the scenes and being mission coordinator and business manager for the H4H, when necessary, he can add his considerable power to the team’s ranks.
Jolt – After the Thunderbolts were defeated by the Avengers, Helen “Hallie” Takahama was considered an innocent dupe, and was made legal ward of the Rand Foundation, with Daniel Rand named her legal guardian. Due to child endangerment issues, Hallie is not allowed to join the team regularly on missions, but she becomes quite a media friendly face associated with H4H. With her agility, stamina and energized punches, Jolt does occasionally help the team when necessary. At first, suspicious of everyone, due to her bad experience with the Thunderbolts, Hallie eventually does grow to accept the core H4H team as her new family, and becomes best friends with Cassie, Scott Lang’s young daughter.

The H4H recruit operatives as needed. Among constant allies of the team are Spider-Man, Black Cat, the Prowler, Doc Samson and Daredevil.

Jim Rhodes, with the help of the dimensional teleporter Century manages to acquire funding for the continued operation of Force Works, an emergency respond unit that operates out of the west coast of the US. Force Works uses the Caos Vault to help them predict hotspots of activity where their help can be needed. They are:

    Force Works –
Counterforce – Carl Walker, formerly Clay Wilson, the original Force, helps Rhodey redesign the Force armor, adding on some of Tony Stark’s designs making it more powerful than ever, and allowing Rhodes to lead Force Works from the frontlines as Counterforce. The Counterforce armor gives Rhodes super-strength, supersonic speed flight capabilities, the capacity of generating force fields, firing a variety of energy beams, generating EMPs and great sensory capabilities.
USAgent – John Walker is FW’s second in command with his super-strength and his photon-shields.
Spider Woman – Julia Carpenter. Super-strength, agility and psionics webs.
Century – FW powerhouse with the strength, knowledge and fighting skills of a hundred beings, plus Parallax, his incredible weapon which allows him to teleport.
Firebird – Rhodes convinces former west coast Avenger Bonita Juarez to join FW with her fiery abilities.
Black Goliath – Biochemist and cybernetics expert Bill Foster joins FW mostly in a technological capability, but doesn’t hesitate to lend his size changing abilities and his great strength to the team when needed.
Cybermancer – With the help of Carl Walker and Bill Foster, Suzi Endo retro-engineers the Cybermancer armor from her dimensional counterpart, making even many improvements, and uses it to join FW on the field.

Zemo’s new Masters of Evil –

    Baron Zemo –
    • Moonstone –
    • Mr. Hyde –
    • Joystick –
    • Arim Zola –
    • Whirlwind -

Mutant Wars – All kinds of superpowers are outlawed all over the world, due to the actions of one of the many X-Men covert teams. The JGSHL is burned to the ground, with almost all hands aboard. The FF, most of the super-powered Avengers and many of the disfranchised heroes are hunted down and killed. Thor, Hercules, the Eternals, Inhumans, and all the godlike, alien, mythical beings that can abandon the Earth, and turn their backs on its existence. Cap, Storm, Hulk Wolverine and many others are dead. There are three super-heroes teams that remain active.

The Avengers – Humanity’s first and best line of defense. Only heroes with mechanical and peak human abilities are accepted as members.
    • Iron Patriot – Tony Stark gives up the Iron Man identity and becomes a recluse, however Stark Industries still play an important place in the planet’s defense, and Jim Rhodes takes Stark’s place as the company spokesperson, and as leader of the Avengers.
    • Mockingbird – Bobbi Morse’s peak human powers are within acceptable parameters. An expert fighter with SHIELD training and specialized weapons and a biologist.
    • Hawkeye –Clint Barton. Expert archer.
    • Hellcat – Peak human prowess and a costume with steel claws. Patsy Walker is happy to finally be back with the Avengers, even if not under the circumstances she imagined.
    • Vision – Synthetic Avenger. One of the team’s biggest powerhouses. Accepted due to his artificial man-made origin.
    • Jocasta – Robotic Avenger. Same deal as the Vision.
    • Black Knight – Having to give up his mystical sword and weaponry, theoretical physicist Dane Whitman re-invented himself through technology. He now wields a photonic neural sword and shield, as well as his power lance, and rides a mechanical flying steed. The Knight is the current technological genius of the Avengers.
    • Falcon – Sam Wilson’s artificial wings allow him to soar. He did have however to give up his bond with Redwing and forgo his ability to command birds.
    • Vindicator – Though her husband died fighting alongside the other super-humans of Alpha Flight, to ensure the safety of her daughter, Heather Douglas has decided to put the electromagnetic suit he invented in the service of the Avengers.
Reserve Members – Machine Man, Black Widow, Moon Knight, Gauntlet and Quasar.

The X-Men – Cyclops group of revolutionaries continues to rescue and safeguard what remains of mutantkind.

Cyclops – Scott Summers, leader of the mutant community Utopia, hidden in the Savage land, and of the mutant strike team that roams the globe rescuing mutants.
The White Queen – Emma Frost, having recovered her telepathic powers.
    • Portal – Laura Dean. When Magik was killed, the young Canadian teleporter Portal became a key member of Cyclops’ team.
    • Uniscone – Former acolyte.
Forge – His scientific skill is invaluable.
Ursa Major – Former Russian Soldier. Muscle.
    • Sabra – Deadly former Mossad Operative. Muscle and flight.
    • Sunfire – With the death of Magneto, becomes the team’s powerhouse.
    • Siberian Tiger – Tracking skills.
Among those rescued by Cyclops and living in Utopia, we have Dazzler, Sage, Prodigy, Sebastian Shaw, Thumbelina, Elixir, Pixie, Magma, Firestar, the Cuckoo sisters (now reduced to two), Ky’lun, Micromax, Blindfold, Leech, Artie Maddox, Skids, Ricochet, Hope, etc…

The Defenders – Earth’s remaining super-powered protectors. Secretly operating from hidden Wakanda, with the blessing of its ruler, the Black Panther. Occasionally help the X-Men, and, when needed, the Avengers, though not seen as friends by the former and still hunted by the later.

Wasp – Janet Van Dyne now leads this ragtag band of heroes in memory of all her fallen friends.
Wonder Man – Simon Williams. Jan’s trusted right hand man. In all probability, currently, the most powerful man on Earth.
Daytripper – Amanda Soften. After the death of Stephen Strange and most of Earth’s magic wielders, Earth’s current Sorceress Supreme.
Namora – Queen of the last surviving Atlantean colony.
Spider-Man – Peter Parker. The Defender’s current scientific genius (though the Panther does provide them with a lot of technological resources).
    • Iron Fist – The team’s resident martial arts expert. Daniel Rand also uses his vast industrial empire as a cover for many of the Defenders missions.
Shroud – Supposed criminal that can teleport through the dark dimension, and use it as a weapon.
    Blade – The Vampire Hunter.

    EARTH 161

Where superheroes have aged in a realistic manner.

The Fantastic Four debuted in 1961. They were 20 then so now they would be in their 70's. Spiderman/ Peter Parker would also be in his 70's.

While the uncanny X-men #94 Wolverine. Colossus. Storm. Nightcrawler debuted in 1975 would be in their 50's..The New Mutants in 1982 and they were early teens so they would be in their 40's and so forth.

Marvel’s Legacy Earth – An Earth where all the original heroes died or retired, only served to give birth to their legacies.

Force Works – Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. Operating out of L.A. this team, while having federal clearance and U.N. support, is backed by reclusive billionaire Tony Stark.

    • U.S. Agent – After submitting to a power enhancement process, John Walker was selected among hundreds of candidates to become the new American super-symbol. (10 T)
    • War Machine – professional soldier and pilot Jim Rhodes helped an armored Tony Stark reach the U.S. after he escaped his captors. However, while the chest plate allowed his heart to beat, Tony´s general health was still precarious, and the genius billionaire inventor decided to hire Rhodey as his personal body-guard, building for him the War Machine combat battle armor. (80 T)
Thunderstrike – After befriending and helping the Thunder God, Thor, and earning his respect for the brief time he visited our reality, architect Eric Masterson was rewarded with a mystic asgardian mace, Thunderstrike, and a slew of asgardian powers including vast strength. (65 T)
    • Black Goliath – Lab assistant to the late Henry Pym, Bill Foster improved his growing formula and used it to become Black Goliath. (20 T)
    • Yellow Jacket – Lab assistant to the late Henry Pym, Rita DeMara used his shrinking formula and improved equipment he had designed to become Yellow Jacket.
    • She-Hulk – Receiving a blood transfusion that saved her life from her cousin on the run, Bruce Banner, Jennifer Walters soon discovered some interesting side-effects that explained why her genius cousin was wanted by the authorities. When Bruce is killed during a capture attempt, Jennifer takes on the super-powerful identity of She-Hulk. (75 T)

Fantastic Force – Team of explores assembled by former astronaut Reed Richards, and working for Richards Inc.

    • Ant-man – Electronic Engineer Scott Lang befriended Hank Pym and his wife Janet, before their untimely death, when they helped his ailing daughter get the medical help she needed. When they were murdered by Egghead, Scott used equipment developed by Pym to become Ant-man and bring their killer to justice. Scott was then hired by Pym’s friend Reed Richards to lead his FF, which is not an easy task considering the clash of personalities in the team. Like Doom himself, Vernard is arrogant and contemptuous, Ventura is selfish and self-serving, and Raye is slightly amoral.
    • Doom – When Victor Von Doom decided to challenge Mephisto to save his mother’s soul, as a back-up plan, he downloaded his intellect into young Kristoff Vernard’s mind. Doom failed in his quest, paying for it with his life, and with time, and Richards’ help, Kristoff’s mind asserted itself, still able to benefit from Doom’s limitless intellect. Building a powerful body armor, the fourteen year old is one of the FF most valuable members. (10 T)
    • Miss Marvel – Originally submitted to an enhancement processes which placed her in the superhuman class 10 strength department and greatly enhanced her speed, agility and durability, unlimited wrestling super-star Sharon Ventura’s contract was purchased by Richards Inc. and she was placed with the FF. Exposition to cosmic rays further enhanced her attributes placing her now in the superhuman class 45 strength range.
    • Human Torch – Frankie Raye, adoptive daughter of Phineas Horton, the creator of the original Human Torch.

Bloodwraith – New wielder of the ebony sword.

Yeah, Loki would be an Avenger and Hela and him have a more better relationship with each other. I don't know how Asgard would be different but I think Thor would act like an entitled brat who not only wants his father throne but Midgard as well because since he is the son of Gaea he thinks he is rightfully allowed to conquer it. I see Sif would be evil in that universe as well but the Warrior Three would be Loki's allies. Amora would still be evil and she and Sif would be Thor's mistresses. Also Loki and Sigyn marriage would have actually been an arranged one and its more healthy. Loki would also be a Chaotic Good force who still has a lot of trickster aspects.

Also Karnilla I bet, cool to see villains with a slew of women at their beck and call, it shows power and douchebaggery at the same time

Oh, defiantly I could see Karnilla being one of evil Thor's mistresses as well in that universe. In this universe as well Hela would be more of a daddy's girl and Loki is more of a doting parent of to all his children as well. Plus with him being good and both having a better relationship with each other it would make her an ally to the Avengers in that universe. And to increase evil Thor's vileness in this universe he might at times even try to force Hela to become one of his mistress; a reverse of the usual thing in the 616 universe.

I think that role might also be for Jane Foster, since she might be Loki's love interest.
