    2. All the Gods: Are Artificial Robotic constructs. They've been Created by a superior Being to protect Mankind. That includes Thor. Most of the time, they stay in a state of non-fonction until they are needed and are "awaken". Like a car or any cybernetic appliance. There's only 12 Gods. There's not many different families of Gods and Pantheons, it's the same Gods over time that changed names and roles.

In the present time of 2016, most of these Gods wear normal human cloths of this era except for Thor who has remained faithful to the era where the Vikings were, he actually fell in love with a human woman in those times and adopted children. But was "put out of fonction" around that time and awoke in present day Earth.

    -----------------

    3. The Inumans/Eternals/Atlantis: Are all the same. The land of Atlantis was the most advanced civilization that's ever existed. Until they came into contact with various other civilization on Earth that were jealous of them and they waged war on them. But the Atlantean we too much so the artificial Gods since they were created to protect humans, waged a war against Atlantis and their Leader Black Bolt. The Earth was almost ravaged and the Great Flood came in.

Atlantis was really like Atilian and the Atlanteans are The Inhumans, super-advanced and have countless powers. And they escaped to the tallest mountain to avoid being killed. Meanwhile the Gods saved one human and his family, Noah. Black Bolt's brother is not Maximus but Namor although his name is Icarus, like the legend.

It's 2016 and Icarus comes back to his people in the Himalayas and he has vengeance for mankind in his heart and wants to bring back Atlantis from the depth of the Ocean regardless of the consequences. Black Bolt and the rest of their people are not sure cause they have lived happy in secret in these mountains.

    Default Earth Superior

A more streamlined Marvel U, in which everyone:

    a) Ages in real time.
    b) Does away with being a perfect human being.
    c) Takes place (mostly) in the real world. Meaning, when something happens "here", it'll happen there.

    Background:

In the 40s the Axis created HYDRA, a covert terror group which used even more inhumane ways in orer to create the perfect soldier. Baron Heinrich Zemo managed to create the perfect soldier, the Red Skull. Thus, the Allies funded AIM, a team of the brightest geniuses at the time in order to create a Super Soldier of their own. The only one to make it alive from the tests was Isaiah Bradley, Captain America. He died at the closing days of the war, but not without taking the Skull with him.

Flash forward 40 years, and the US and Russia are at the verge of a nuclear war, over the remains of the Super Soldier research. The rest of the UN, not wanting to risk a nuclear holocaust join forces and create SHIELD, a peace-keeping organization which answers to no-one. After a lot of talks, both the US and Russia back off, with the Super Soldier files being handed over SHIELD.

Meanwhile, HYDRA resurfaces, under the leadership of Baron Wolfgang Von Strucker, but remains in the shadows, creating terror attacks all-over the world. Thus, SHIELD re-starts the AIM program, in order to gain an edge over HYDRA, which is mysteriously light years away as far as science goes. The reason being that after the Skull dissappeared, Heinrich, while looking for him, discovered a destroyed Atlantis and its capital, Attilan. There he found much more advanced weapons and tech which he used to upgrade HYDRA.

AIM creates the World in 1990 and starts breeding the "Immortal Weapons". In 1995 the Invasion happens, where the Kree, locate a small colony of Skrulls hiding on Earth. After a few days of fighting, it becomes apparent that the humans are going to lose, so they strike a pact. They surrender the Skrulls to the Kree and they leave, but not without leaving Earth deeply scarred. The fallout creates a lot of superhumans and sets the stage for what follows.

Current year is 2015 and HYDRA's influence has expanded. They control a small country, Latveria, and its monarch, Doctor Doom is a descendant of Vlad Tempes. Terror attacks are increasing and there are signs that the Skrulls are going to attack, looking for revenge.

    The Superiors:

1)Emma Frost/The White Queen: Emma became an orphan at age 4, when her parents' plane was shot down by the US Government when it was mistaken for an alien craft during the Invasion. Thus, she was the first student in "Xavier's" school of Gifted Youngsters, which was actually a font, used by Nathaniel Essex in order to farm mutants and use them to create his own "master race". Emma was the only one who escaped, and being 20 at the time, used her wealth to fund the Hellfire Club, the world's most exclusive club. Bored with what normal "thrills" had to offer, she volunteers for the "job". Same powers as 616, but she's the world's most powerful telepath.

2)Jean-Phillipe/Fantomex: SHIELD's top assassin, who was artificially bred into "The World", a bubble city created by SHIELD in the 90s to stimulate the perfect environment for their assassins. The project was eventually abandoned, as all of the subjects except from Fantomex turned into violent, amorall beasts. He alone made it out alive during "The Breach", though he never talks about it. An arrogant cunt, with skills that are unmatched and an intellect second only to Stark's. Same powers as 616, plus teleportation.

3)Brian Braddock/Captain Britain: Descendant of Merlyn and next in line for the Throne after the decimation of the Royal Family during the Invasion. He's also the last Otherworldian, a race of interdimensional beings which monitored time and space, acting as a cosmic police force. A brash, fascist cunt who puts the universal law before everything. If the Law says that he has to burn an orphanage to the ground or else the Antichrist wil be born, he will. Same powers as 616, plus being able to open portals through time and space when using Excalibur.

4)Tony Stark/Iron Man: The highest genius on planet Earth, at age 15 he had created an interdimensional doorway that could allow its user to observe alternate realities and universes and through it prevent destructions from happenning to his home universe. At 30, he's bored with his life so, like Emma Frost, he builds the Iron Man suit and volunteers. He puts up the whole "playboy, jack-ass, party-hard" face on, but in reality he and Emma are an item and is not a junkie/alcoholic/cunt. A philanthropist, who usually visits less powerful countries and helps in any way he can.

5)Bob Reynolds/The Sentry: During the Invasion he was the only survivor of a whole prison facility, the reason being that his blood was fused with an alien's, which gave him newfound abillities. SHIELD contained him and turned him into the most powerful human alive, and is using him as Earth's Golden Protector and a PR stunt. In reality, he was a sadistic killer who blamed all of his murders on the "Void". He constantly goes berserker, rampaging through cities, pillaging, raping and killing, but turns into a black, nightmarish beast when doing so, so they blame it all on the "Void" a "mutant Warlorld from another world".

6)Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch: As a baby she was saved by a man clad in a Yellow Cloak after the whole mountain in which her aristocrat parents lived, was burned down. He versed her into the Dark Arts and turned her into the Ultimate Sorcerer. He then suddenly dissappeared after dropping her off at SHIELD. She joined the Initiative only because they promised they'd help her find him. In reality, he was the Yellow King, a malevolent entity which prepped her for becoming the Harbringer of the Apocalypse later down the line. She's actually a ticking bomb that could go off at any second and kill everyone. Same powers as 616.

7)Simon Williams/The Vision: Simon Williams was our century's greatest philosopher, but he met his match during the Invasion, when he was killed by an attacker. SHIELD used his brain patterns to create the Vision, an AI with surprisingly human emotions. A philosopher just like his "previous self", he often talks of the Old Ones. Same powers as 616, plus Universal Insight, an abillity which enables him to see "through" the veil of existance and fiddle with the building blocks of our reality.

8)Shala-Baal/Nova: A woman made out of Gold and Fire, which appeared on Earth before the Invasion with no memory whatsoever. SHIELD detained her and used her as a test subject in order to create Sentry, Vision, the World, etc. They then wiped her memory again and implanted false info. In reality, she was Norrin Radd's wife, and the Herald of Galactus. She's actually being used as a beacon for the him. Same powers as in 616.

Could've sworn this was done before, oh well. These are some older ideas:

    Earth: OU-2169

(Hawkeye of the Thunderbolts Unit and Cannonball of the X-Men Unit of S.W.O.R.D.)

Basically, a few escaped Kree slaves, some Poppupians, crash land at Roswell, New Mexico, USA in the late forties. A quiet war begins with Earth and various alien invaders serving the Kree Empire, and Earth is losing. Thus S.W.O.R.D. (Sentient World Observation and Response Department) is tasked with fighting this war.

    Earth: 919-AU

    (Capt. UK - Monica Rambeau)

Basically two events cause major differences from 616.
    • In the 17th century the Phoenix and Galactus have a territorial dispute causing the Sol system to be bathed in radiation that nullified all computerized technology.
    • Magical time traveler, Tommy Tyme, causes the Boston Tea Party to never happen and the colonies become part of the British Empire.

    Other characters from 919-AU:
    Psylocke and her bodyguard Kwannon.
    Kwannon tracking a serial killer.

Apologies to those have seen these before.

Right now, I'm working on a fanfic Marvel Universe which is similar to the Earth-12 reality from Exiles (Mimic's reality), in which mutants are not met with fear or hatred and superheroes as a whole are loved by humanity.

I know it's unrealistic, but I want to see how things would be different for the Marvel Universe if I got rid of the stupid cliches, stereotypes, recurring plotlines and schticks.

True. But I just wanted to have a version of the MU where the whole "mutants being feared and hated by humanity" thing didn't happen. And besides, it's an alternate universe. Anything can happen or not happen.

    *Backstory of the Universe:

In the time before time, before man or animal or even a single organism set foot on the universe, the Monoliths appeared. Giant shrines made out of wonder and cause. They planted their seeds and let nature take its course. Over time, life blosomed in each and every corner of the Universe, but not in the same way. There were nine different regions, every single one of them governed by one Empire. Every zone featured different Life Forms and every region adhered to different laws of physics and evolution. But in the center of them all, in the Heart of the Universe sat the World Tree. The mythical "home" of the Black Monoliths. And at the ends of its 9 branches where the 9 Galaxies.
The Negative Zone, The Realm, The Terran and Shi'Ar Empires, the Titanomachy, the Circles of the Deviants and the Eternals, The Supreme Kingdom and the TimeSource. The homes of Annihilus, Odin, High Evolutionary, Gladiator, Thanos, Apocalypse, Ultron, Kl'Rt and Ronan respectively. Leaders of their Regions and people, and members of the Council. A group which has kept the Universe in check for countless millenia. But not always in just ways...The test of Life has stared though, and slowly laws and memories from the past have started to emerge.

-The Titans: A race fascinated by Death. Stories and whispers say that they are his Children, born to die and nothing else.

-The Terrans: The Prized Creation. Always evolving and changing yet always remaining the same they have found the perfect balance. Or so it seems...
-The Deviants: Beings that constantly evolve, pushing the limits of their organisms. Never satisfied with themselves, they always strive for something new...
-The Eternals: The Synthetic Beings, living forever, from the Dawn to the Set. Acting as one and always for the benefit of the Greater Good.
-The Shi'Ar: Refugees from everywhere, banded together over the millenia to create a place of beauty in the once vacant space.

In truth there are many other races, but they are all either subjects or have banded together with their designaded Capitals.

    *Teams/People of Interest:

1)The Inhumans: The Royal Family of the Shi'Ar Empire. Black Bolt, Medusa, Triton, Gorgon, Crystal, Maximus, Lockjaw, Karnak

3)The Illuminati: The Terran Empire's most influential individuals. Doctor Strange, Namor, Doctor Doom, High Evolutionary, Black Panther
4)The Celestials: The Supreme Beings that rule everything. Death is their sibling, but the rest are shrouded in mystery...

6)Kang: A rogue Kree that got lost in the Time Stream.
7)Mephisto: Seemingly the Devil Himself, he governs a small pocket dimension outside of the Universe.
8)The Sentry: A being which appears with a different face everytime, he is believed to be a myth even amongst the Legends themselves. His duty is to protect the universe, and story has it that he appears only when he is deperately needed.

    *Guardians Biographies:

1)Nova Prime: An astronaught whose rocket malfunctioned and found himself on an unexplored region of the Terran Empire, close to the Edge. There he found ancient ruins, scriptures and signs of a long lost civilization. Deep in the temple was a golden helmet, sitting atop a shrine. Next to it a few words, written in an unknown to Rich language. With no way to come home and with nothing to lose, Rich wore the helmet, but in doing so he unleashed the Nova Force. Immediatelly his brain filled with bits and pieces of other dimensions and universes, as he started understanding the language that was all around him. His body was slowly covered by a weird armour, until Rich finally calmed down and heard the voice in his head.
The helmet belonged to the previous Nova Prime, a being whose job was to witness all historic moments in its Universe, be there at its beginning and at its end. The purpose being so that it could transfer this knoweledge to the next recipient, so that nothing would ever get lost or forgotten. Now tasked with preserving life itself, Rich flies off, following the helmet's commands.

2)Thunderstrike: The Korbonites were a small race that was conquered by the Skrulls eons ago. Most, along with many other races, were forced to fight in the Arenas, so that the High King could hand pick the best for his Immortal Legion. BRB won the tournament, and so became a member of the IL. He was in fact so great, that he was chosen to represent The Supreme Kingdom during its traditional participation in The Realm's Tournament.
Promised his freedom, BRB slayed everyone, managing to kill even the All-Father's son, Thor. While the Skrulls cheered and deemed him a hero, Asgard was prepared to go to war. The Realm and the Supreme Kingdom finally reached to an agreement: BRB would be spare, but he'd also leave his race behind, and would die alone, without ever laying eyes on his race ever again. Before leaving, he received Thor's enchanted hammer, Mjolnir.

3)Adam Warlock: A being created in the Negative Zone during its infancy, Him is believed to be the brother of Annihilus. While one represents harmony and peace, the other is destruction itself. Trapped in a place in which he suffered, Him split in two, Adam Warlock and the Magus. Magus was his dark half, who escaped from the Zone in order to preach his Universal Truth. Alongside him Him's true self, Adam Warlock escaped as well, taking the opportunity to explore this brand new world. While he remembers not his "brother", he feels the need for a purpose and aimlessly looks for something even remotely resembling it...

4)Moondragon: Moondragon was Thanos' biological daughter, but born out of a night of lust. Hunted and exiled, she took refugee in the outskirts of the Titanomachy, fending of for herself, and in turn becoming a deadly weapon. Able to use her skills, mind and even body to get what she wants, she's now a cold blooded killer, with regard for nothing but her self preservation.

5)Quasar: The brightest Agent in all of Hala, Phyla became the official TimeKeeper, under the guidance of Ronan himself. In reality the two of them began a secret affair, something forbidden between two such high ranking officials. In order for it to not be uncovered, they decided to stay as far away from each other as possible, with Phyla eventually volunteering to become a full fledged Time-Traveller. Meaning that she would roam the Timestream for inaccuracies and Time-Bandits.

6)Phoenix: Jean Grey was Apocalypse's prized student and destined to welcome the Phoenix entity during The Second Coming. She accepted her duties, but eventually she let Apocalypse down, as the strain was far too much for her handle. Dissapointed and enraged, Apocalypse ordered her killed by his Horsemen. Sunfire took a pity on her and instead of permantely killing her, he created a cloned body of her and moved her consciousness there. Now she's a refugee, but unbeknown to her, she's carrying the Phoenix Force inside her. For its purpose is not rapid evolution as Apocalypse believed, but rather complete annihilation.

7)Silver Surfer: Zenn-La was the Cultural centre of the Shi'Ar empire and Norrin Radd one of its top scientists/philosophers. Bored with the perfection of his life he turned to a violent life, seeking thrill in s3x, drugs and eventually Cults. He finally managed to contact the Heirs, a group of powerful beings who sought to take part in the Blessed Cleansing of the Universe. Basically they were zealots who were hunting down Galactus.
Eventually after banding together they did find him, and were transformed into beings of unimaginable power, whose sole purpose was to scoure the universe and prepare it for the comign destruction. While at first Norrin loved his newfound freedom, the slaughter of innocents made him rebel against his master. He put a mental block on himself and run away. Deeming him unworthy, Galactus let him go, secretely hoping that he'd complete his mission.

8)Vision: Ultron's prodigal son, the first synthetic human, Vision was the first attempt at a union between the Androids and the other Organisms. He married to a human family, but it did not last, as it was evident that his wife resedent him. Feeling like an outcast and hated by both Terrans and Androids, he eventually rebelled and abandoned his home, looking for a purpose in his life.

9)Angela: The lone daughter of Odin, she was stolen by the Angels during The Great War. Bred and raised to hate and despise the Asgardians, she became the Ultimate Weapon. Eventually learning the truth about her origins, and hating both the Angels for lying to her and the Asgardians for not looking for her, she became a freelance assassin, earning the nickname, The Most Dangerous Woman In The Universe.

As you can see they're mostly a bunch of refugees who band together out of a need to feel "included" and also fullfill their greatest fantasies. There's also the matter of saving the Universe, but the interactions between them would be the most "important" part.
