Hawkeye could take them to Avengers Academy in California to train and form the West Coast Avengers. You have assentialy the same as the founding members of the original Avengers.

Hulk - Hulk/Amadeus though if he is staying with the Champions Teen Abomination would work
Giant-Man - Giant-Man/Raz
Wasp - Wasp/Nadia
Thor - Thunderstrike/Kevin
throw in
Falcon/Joaquin
Quasar/Avril
"War Machine"/Lila Rhodes taking over Riri's curent armor when she takes on the Iron Man armor

Wanted to go with a seasoned Avenger as Trainer/leader but i wouldnt mind seeing Kate and Patriot as possible seconds-in-command with Hawkeye eventually leaving them as co-leaders.

Considering Clint's on New Avengers right now, I would prefer something like that with their members.
