I'll grant you it was uncomfortable, but Orlando was incredibly far from stupid.

Yay! that was one of my choices too. Friction from DP7 had such a unique power. A shame she's not used anymore.

Also, Inertia from Squadron Supreme had a fun power to redirect thrown objects, slow people down to a crawl or speed them up. That looked like a fun power as well.

I would love to see someone have a flame ability that is solid in nature instead of plasma. Like you are creating blocks of fire/heat (instead of ice) that you could form into shapes. Basically like Iceman but with fire. And in that same vein, I'd like see a plasma ice/cold power. Ice "flame" that eats oxygen like fire and can spread.

Would a person with friction manipulation be able to generate heat?
