    And they are still doing it today with Apocalypse War and Civil War 2.

    X2 also started the trend of Marvel based films combining elements of the 616 and Ultimate. It combined elements of God Loves, Man Kills, and the second arc of Ultimate X-Men. Then all the other Marvel movies copied that formula.

    Kevin Feige learned so many tricks from Fox. I wish more MCU diehards were aware and grateful of the fact.

    What makes it so sad is Feige himself admitted it. The fans just don't wanna give Singer and Fox their credit.

    This proves that Marvel is capable of making a X-men movie with a serious tone to it.
