That's certainly possible. It's still a good sign, as Stegman's a hell of an artist, and it suggests Marvel's commitment.

Oh, most definitely and I am 100% stoked to buy this. And if/when Stegman leaves the title I am sure Marvel will replace him with a worthy successor.

You're right. They're not in a position to say anything right now. This information leaked before Marvel officially announced it. I just found it a little amusing that there's already a conversation for how long Stegman will be on board.

I am definitely looking forward to this. I am pleased that MARVEL is taking this seriously; Placing the project in the hands of People with some serious Spider-Cred.

I may buy this in both Floppys* and GN form to let Marvel know I like this Direction.

Ugh. I'm buying this, but this is obviously outside continuity. And I'd really rather see Gerry working a second in continuity title, like Peter Parker: Spider-Man or something. His Spiral story was great and I love his stories but... meh.

While I'm happy for news like this and the creative team seems good. I haven't really got into Gerry Conway Spidey, but I know him by reputation and his part in the mythos.

I'm also know that while "Renew your vows" was a great story I am kind of sad that the MC-2 Universe got lucked out again.

Say what you will about Mayday's world, but you cannot deny that it has some stories left within itself to tell.

They'll probably be okay. There doesn't seem to be a Dr. Doom in that universe, given that Peter and MJ had never heard of him before Regent claimed he wanted to fight the guy.
