I mean it's not like I actually keep up anyways. Only have the first issue and I didn't like what I saw or what I'm hearing of the later issues. Little prejudice on my part, I know, but I take no chances with Marvel anymore.

In the off chance he does leave to focus on his solos(how many does he have?) then I'd rather it not get canned since they have Bunn right now.

EXM's lost Ramos to Champions, and Lemire is getting the keys to Marvel's biggest big bad [thanks to the movies] in addition to his other books. Not sure EXM'll survive.

Didn't Tom Taylor state that he was writing the next storyarc for all me wolverine I rember he stated this when the cover for issue 12 was reviled. So assuming he was not lying or it was secretly canceled out of spite, maby the reason we don't see many X books is because there getting a tie in set during the 8 month gap. Ex the story of how she went from X-23 to wolverine and what some other X men were doing then they relaunch with new number ones in December. I hope to god I'm rember get this right please don't let 2016 be the end of the X men

I think it's both.

I'm pretty sure Fox has legal options they can pursue if they have reason to believe that Marvel is deliberately sabotaging the value of a license they hold. And if Disney ACTUALLY believes cutting the X-Men books will seriously impact Fox's bottom line they're out of their minds.

Comic sales are a minuscule fraction of film revenue, and the comics-reading audience is barely a blip compared to film-goers. In fact, comic books gain FAR more benefit and advertising from the movies than vice-versa.

Furthermore, Fox has FIFTY YEARS of stories and characters to work with. They could make five movies a year for the next decade and STILL not run out of material.

Yeah Lemire isn't really bringing it too. I mean I was really fair to EXM. I have the first seven issues even though I was kinda bored already when that whole Sinister thing happened but enough is enough.

Well, Lemire has admitted several times that he is horrible at writing team books; and that he is only writing Extraordinary because Marvel put it as a condition to write the Old Man Logan solo book.
