Still active apparently, we just haven't seen him. Cover for Champions #16 indicates he may be showing up there (alongside Patriot!).
I hope he gets utilized well. And I hope he doesn't get put in limbo like some other Latinx teen heroes like Reptil, White Tiger, or Spider-Girl.
We are the Dora Milaje. We are the daughters of the 18 tribes of Wakanda. We are the teeth of the Panther God. Out of 10,000 years of sweat and bloodshed and battle are we born. We are the women of this ancient land. Deadliest of the species. And our time has come!
Reptil is in a worse state than limbo. He apparently died at the end of Avengers Arena.
Spider-Girl is a particularly bad case, as she's in the current Spider-Man cartoon. It wouldn't make sense for Anya to not be one of the first on the list for a new book, be it a solo or a team book. They're promoting a character they're not currently using in the comics, where's the logic in that?

Supposedly, it was left vague enough by Arena's writer that someone could come along and still use the character, but as far as the writer was concerned, he died in his book. Unfortunately, no one has come along who wants to use him.
I miss Reptil, too. I quite enjoyed his time in Avengers: Frost Fight (which was, apparently, a non-canon side movie-special of the Avengers Assemble cartoon that had Reptil as a member and junior Avenger; it was pretty cool all around, and so was Reptil.)
Not to mention Sam Alexander's diminished presence since he lost his solo, and Robbie's lack of anything beyond a cameo with the wrong hair style since he lost his... And like White Tiger, Power Man/Victor Alvarez has been MIA since New Avengers became USAvengers.

There is a white tiger appearance in the latest issue of The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl.

Anya Corazon/Spider-Girl appeared in the Marvel's Spider-Man animated series.
Robbie i would say in the legacy issue was a main appearance not cameo.
Of course his most recent appearance is Iceman issue 6.

It seems like Marvel only utilizes one Latinx teen hero at a time. I hope Joaquin has some staying power and manages to stick around for the long run.

I found some alternate universe appearances from the past.

I just noticed that Miss Marvel was in that picture. Ouch.
For White Tiger, I'm not sure what her role would be in a book like Squirrel Girl, if she has something akin to a role, at least.
For Anya, it was mentioned already, though I was nonetheless aware she was in that show.
For Robbie, I'll give you. I heard about his role in Legacy and that it was surprisingly substantial, though I've been behind on my comics due to school, so I've yet to read it for myself. Hopefully, it will lead somewhere, as it's been a little while since Legacy came out.
Besides that, his cameo in Iceman was indeed a cameo with the wrong hair style.
For the thread's actual namesake, I'm not sure why you even counted "Not Brand Echh". It's not even out yet, and besides that, unless there a preview that has him in it that I'm not aware of, considering the kind of book it seems to be (an affectionate parody of something or other), I have doubts about him actually being in the book or, if he is in it, that he's doing anything substantial. It'd be less likely than whatever Ava did while being in Squirrel Girl.
I'd presume Ava being in this would be more substantial, potentially. (I'd need someone who read the Squirrel Girl issue in question who can give a proper evaluation on Ava's role there to make a proper comparison, but I can't imagine it was anything much.)
