I got this idea from a Marvel Thread called 'Create your own Marvel Rebirth comic book line up', I know it's a bit early thinking of creating a new comic book line up because of Rebirth but I would like your take on characters of the DC Universe (characters, story, theme, etc.)

Superman: MAN of STEEL will star Natasha Irons, using her Uncle's armor to masquerade as Steel masquerading as Superman after he vanishes in a climactic struggle against Apokolips.

Action Comics will star Lex Luthor attempting to be his own Superman for Metropolis.

Vixen will finally get her own ongoing, but rather then have Mari lead the book, the title will focus on her grandmother set to debut in season 2 of Legends of Tomorrow for the sake of SYNERGY.

Mr. Zsasz will get his own ongoing.

Darkseid will get his own ongoing.

Ambush Bug will get a new ongoing to fill the quirky book niche.

Ever person in Harley's gang will get their own solo books.

The scary part is that if DC was run by the same people as Marvel, something like this might have actually happened.

Captain Carrot and the Zoo Crew - because reasons

Samurai Jack - because more reasons. And the IDW series is not what the character deserves.

Parallax - I am with the minority, but I found interesting having a hero like Hal Jordan to descent to his persona Hell - the Parallax theme could be better explored, without the yellow monster excuse. Hal's redemption and return to the heroic side could - and should - be a three-year tale, minimum.

Catwoman - the preparation and actions of a cat burglar are very entertaining. Free her from Gotham, let her face the onterpol, Scotland Yard, Russian Mafia, art hunters and shadowy art dealers.

Doom Patrol consist of: Beast Boy, Elasti-Girl, Robotman, Rebis, Elemental Girl, Crazy Jane and M.E.N.T.O. Beast Boy realises that the Doom Patrol got weirder than they are but he likes weird stuff.

Katana
"Criminals deserves no mercy!". Katana must go back to Japan for some unfinished business of what the Yakuza did to her in the past.

Black Lightning
"Black Lightning Matters." Black Lightning is a single father with two young daughters, he protects Suicide Slums from crooks to high-class gangs and occasionally super-powered villians as the Black Lightning.

The Question
"The Answer." Renee Montoya, a GCPD cop works some clues of the mysterious entity known as The Question.

Shazam
"Lighting strikes." Someone is messing up with Billy's magical powers and he's now the unmightiest mortal, The Wizard came to Mary and bestow her magical powers thus transforming her into a Shazam.

Teen Titans
"Titans Go!". The Teen Titans are the premier team of young heroes in the DCU. Currently led by Stargirl, the team fights for the greater good and to protect other young heroes that are popping up daily. Teen Titans consist of: Robin, Kid Flash, Green Arrow (Emiko), Bunker, Power Girl and Atlee. The Titans are getting stronger than ever that is until the criminal orginization known as Tartarus employs various supervillians to conquer the Titans. They will face one of the Justice League's notorious villains, Vandal Savage.

The Rogues
"Straight Outta Central City." Captain Cold, Heatwave, Weather Wizard, Mirror Master and Golden Glider all collectively known as the loveable Rogues. All they care about in their mind is money, this is the biggest heist of their lives their mission is to steal a celestial item, the Mother Box.

League of Assassins
12 issue mini series. "Assassin Creed." The League of Assassins are under attack by a shadowy group of assassins, Ra's Al Gaul wants to know who and what they are. Cast: Ra's Al Gahul, Talia Al Gahul, Lady Shiva, Cheshire, Bronze Tiger, etc. Batman, Nightwing, Red Hood, Robin, other Bat-family members and even Deathstroke and Ravager makes an appearance.

Marvel NOW! as a brand pretty much just meant "get good creators and let them do their thing" the first time around, which is fine by me. So I'll be working on the understanding that we have the field of Marvel talent available as well as DC. Sticking primarily to core/main books:

Justice League: Jonathan Hickman/Francis Manapul
Easy.

Action Comics: Al Ewing/Doc Shaner
Really easy.

Detective Comics: Tom King/Declan Shalvey
Also easy.

Sensation Comics: Marguerite Bennett/Nicola Scott
Bennett was reportedly supposed to get Wonder Woman in the first place, which fits, since she's been doing a terrific job with the character in DC Bombshells. And no need to mess with success with Scott.

Superman: Jason Aaron/Russel Dauterman
Aaron's been a dream Superman pick since his first year of Thor, and Dauterman's smooth, epic work on the current volume makes him an equally perfect choice.

Batman: Steve Orlando/Otto Schmidt
Assuming this keeps its identity as "the superhero Batman book", Orlando's a natural fit for pitting him against monsters, madmen and morally unsound science, with Schmidt being I think more than able to pick up the baton from Aco for the unique panel layouts of Midnighter.

Wonder Woman: Holly Black/Lee Garbett
Tradewaiting going forward, but I loved their work on the new volume of Lucifer, and think they'd be a fine pick for Wonder Woman.

Flash: Warren Ellis/Carmine Di Giandomenico
Deniz Camp has sold me on Warren Ellis' hard sci-fi procedural vibe as being perfect for Flash, and Giandomencio is already unexpectedly perfect on the book right now. I'd keep them around for an Ellis six-issue stint, and then reunite the Greg Pak/Aaron Kuder team to shepard the series going forward.

Green Lantern: Tom King/Marcio Takara
Based on Omega Men and his Darkseid War one-shot, writing GL is King's destiny, and Takara would be a fine fit for the weird worlds of the Corps.

Cyborg: Steve Orlando/Ramon Villalobos
Orlando gets weird sci-fi action, and in the likely event he rocks it on Supergirl, he can do young people well too. Throw in Villalobos' perfect pencils, and you've got a winner.

Aquaman: Chip Zdarsky/Amanda Conner
The mandate here is "You know the Brave and the Bold Aquaman? Make that canon Aquaman, at any cost."

Martian Manhunter: Steve Orlando/Doug Mahnke
Orlando's mentioned J'onn is his favorite character, and Mahnke is a perfect fit.

Nightwing: Tim Seeley/Yanick Paquette
No need to fix what ain't broken.

New Gods: Al Ewing/Christian Ward
I've been sold on Ewing as the guy to take the New Gods forward for awhile (King and Hickman both have the skill and ambition, but not always the outlandish vibrancy), and Ward became the obvious choice for me from his fill-in gig with Ewing on Ultimates.

Legion of Super Heroes: Jonathan Hickman
He's said this is a dream book, go for it. And his art would make it stand out from the crowd, maybe drawing in some curious audiences, certainly making it as cutting edge as the book about the future of DC should be.

Teen Titans: Marguerite Bennett/Mikel Janin
Bennett's already doing a progressive, fun superhero team comic, this is a natural leap, with Janin's energy complimenting her well.

Earth 2: Tom Taylor/Dan Jurgens
I'd scrap the current concept altogether and just make it a pre-Flashpoint DCU book.
