The Twelve: Favorite Members?

who are your favorite members? (You can choose more than one.)

Well obviously Phantom Reporter. Great example of a write off character being made very cool with a good revamp and attention to personality.

Over at the Alvero Comics board i still use Dynamic Man - an alias based on the GA hero but way before he was brought back as a douche!

I kindof like them all.

I liked this mini but the delays lost me. I never even read how it ended.

Are these characters in the MU now? I would like the Bugle to hire Phantom Reporter.

The Twelve was awesome. After I read it, Richard Jones became one of my favorite comic book characters. He definitely gets my vote.

I believe they always were . . . just forgotten / neglected for decades.

I basically liked them all, but I guess I'll go with Claire as yet another Black Widow.

Rockman, Black Widow, Witness, and Fiery Mask were my favorites, but I liked all of them.

I liked them all, and would love to see the remaining members get some more use--some of them had interesting new status quos set up in the final issue.

And I'd love to see Machinesmith restore Dynamic Man...with a change in programming to make him his new partner (in multiple senses). That strikes me as oddly appropriate, in a twisted sort of way--and it would give Machinesmith the heavy-muscle sidekick he's been missing since he lost The Sleeper.

I was kind of hoping that Rockman's subterranean civilization would turn out to have existed after all, sort of retconning the retcon (and catching everyone else, who had already decided that he was just a crazy person, totally off-guard, when the mole-people show up to take him home).

I think I made it halfway through the series before the delays resulted in my forgetting that it existed entirely, and it's only just now, by checking Wikipedia, that I'm discovering that it was ever finished!

and back to neglected they went. I wonder if they could pop up in the Invaders book some day. At least some of them. Or if Rockman was seen with Moleman or something.

I absolutely loved The Tweleve, I wish Marvel would do more with this group of characters...
