What title will be the new DC Flagship?

I don't like the idea of a flagship comic. You should be trying to sell every comic you publish, not just a few of them. I don't think there should be a flagship title for the Green Lantern franchise, let alone one for DC Comics. If I wrote a Charlton characters title, I would not accept the idea that the JLA outranked my comic. I'd try my best to beat the living crap out of them every month.

I understand what you're saying but realistically DC knows that most people aren't going to be buying every single title so one or two main titles with smaller titles supporting it seems to be their model
